TAMBURLAINE HOTEL, CAMBRIDGE

Information

TAMBURLAINE HOTEL, CAMBRIDGE

Inspiration for the hotel lies in Christopher Marlowe’s play The Great Tamburlaine, and its eponymous Persian protagonist. The Studio designed five public areas to bring a sumptuous, playful feel to the new-build hotel, making it the go-to destination in Cambridge, UK.

The double-height reception connects to a first-floor library space, with a custom-made spiral staircase. An orangery style garden room connects to a stylish brassiere restaurant with cocktail bar. Boardroom and business suites, and fully fitted gym, complete the offering.
